HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M ELIGIBLE FOR A CELL PHONE UPGRADE?
Eligibility requirements on cell phone upgrades vary depending on the wireless carrier offering the upgrade. Sam's Club Mobile currently offers upgrade deals for existing AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless customers.
WHICH PHONES ARE AVAILABLE FOR UPGRADES?
Any AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, or Verizon Wireless cell phone available to new customers is also available to eligible upgrade customers.
WHAT IF I UPGRADE THE SECOND LINE AND THEN SWAP THE PHONE TO THE PRIMARY LINE?
This will be considered a deactivation, when this happens the ESN swap will trigger a deactivation/cancellation across all carriers and you will incur an instant savings discount penalty.
CAN I UPGRADE MY PHONE IF I AM ELIGIBLE FOR A PARTIAL UPGRADE THROUGH MY CARRIER?
You must be fully eligible for an upgrade. As an authorized dealer, the carrier won't allow us to process a partial upgrade. In other words, you must be fully eligible in order to upgrade through Sam's Club Mobile.
DO YOU HONOR BUDDY UPGRADES?
We do allow buddy upgrades on Verizon Wireless.
CAN I APPLY MY “COPORATE/EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS”?
Yes, you can apply “corporate discounts” to your account. If you already have a current account with a discount applied when you upgrade the discount will remain.
CAN I APPLY MY CORPORATE OR EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS FROM THE CARRIER?
Yes. If you have a corporate or employee discount from the carrier providing a percentage off your monthly bill, and you order your cell phone upgrade from Sam's Club Mobile, the discount will continue to apply to your account automatically with no interruption. If you are ordering a phone with a new account, you can call the carrier to have the discount added immediately after your phone is activated.
